Generally a home inspection will take from two to four hours, and the time required can vary depending on many factors. The home size and complexity level will both help determine exactly how long a thorough home inspection will take. Upon completing the inspection the report will be printed out on site, together with any related photographs showing areas that may be a concern. All questions will be promptly answered, and we invite our clients to attend the home inspection and to participate in the process.
